DAMAGED GOODS 

If you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty in any way, you must notify us within 48hrs of receipt, we will then resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

 

CREDIT / DEBIT CARD SECURITY 

Card payments are processed securely using an established, independent and secure service. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are verified and processed online by Stripe. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
